Storyline / Plot
The Croods have survived their fair share of dangers and calamities, from prehistoric fang beasts to survivors of the end of the world, but now they will face their greatest challenge: another family.
Croods needed a new place to live. So, the first prehistoric families left for the world in search of a safer place to call home. When they found a beautiful walled paradise that met all their needs, they thought their problem was solved… except for one thing. Another family is already living there: the Bettermans.
The Bettermans (emphasis on the "better") - with their elaborate treehouses, incredible discoveries and fresh, irrigated crops - are several steps above Croods in the evolutionary ladder. While they considered Croods to be the world's first guest houses, it wasn't long before tensions rose between the cave family and the modern family.
Just when everything seems lost, a new threat will propel both families on an epic adventure beyond the safe walls, which will force them to embrace their differences, draw strength from one another, and forge a future together.
