Storyline / Plot
Mamie Till became an educator and campaigner in the Civil Rights hobby after the death of her 14-year-old son, Emmett, who, in 1955, was beaten severely, shot dead later thrown into the Tallahatchie River as soon as a 75lb cotton gin lover tied roughly his neck considering barbed wire by white supremacists for whistling at a white woman, even though visiting his cousins in Money, Mississippi.[7] Mamie Till insisted that the casket containing her son's brutalized body be left right of entry to statute the nation what they had done to him.
