Storyline / Plot
Five years after the end of the Civil War, Captain Jefferson Kyle Kidd (Tom Hanks), a veteran of the three wars, now moves from city to city as a non-fiction storyteller, sharing news about the president and queen, intense feuds, crushing catastrophes, and adventures. gripping from the end of the world. On the plains of Texas, he runs into Johanna (Helena Zengel), a 10 year old boy who was taken over by Kiowa people six years earlier and raised as one of them.
